Throughout my professional career, I’ve worked with a diverse population, including children, teenagers, adults, and families. I began my passion in psychology by working as a Behavioral Therapist while pursuing my undergraduate degree in History at the University of California Los Angeles. My natural connection with children and passion for working with them preceded that, however, as I continually tutored and mentored adolescents and teens in a private setting.
After realizing my passion in the art of psychotherapy, I earned my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at the California State University Northridge. During my studies, I worked as a trainee with the California Family Counseling Center in the Latino Family Program. I gained my foundation in becoming an effective and life-changing therapist.
Currently I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Los Angeles area. I work with individuals (including adults, adolescents, children, and teens), couples, and families in private practice setting. I have special interests in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, co-dependency issues, and couples.
